Purposes of the Processing

The Personal Data you make available to AlberItalia ETS Foundation are: personal, identification, study, contact data and rel ated to any personal limitations, may be used for the following purposes:
a) Execution of the training course offered by AlberItalia ETS Foundation (legal basis - art.6 paragraph 1 letter b) of EU Regulation 2016/679)
b) Administrative and accounting management as well as for the purpose of complying with current legal regulations (legal basis - art.6 paragraph 1 letter b) and c) of EU Regulation 2016/679)
c) Subscription to the mailing list for future communications in relation to the courses offered for your category/album.
We remind you that, with reference to the purposes highlighted in points a) and b), the provision of your personal data is mandatory. In any case, your refusal and/or the provision of inaccurate and/or incomplete information would prevent the performance of the activity.

Method of Processing

The processing of your Personal Data will be carried out by means of suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logics strictly related to the above purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
The material collected will be used exclusively by individuals appointed by AlberItalia ETS Foundation and specifically authorized.
The proposed training course will not be recorded and there will be no subsequent disclosure to third parties.

Should the need arise to process personal data for a purpose other than those mentioned above, all appropriate measures will be put in place to make the subject unrecognizable and/or unidentifiable; if this should not be possible or, if for the purpose to be achieved, identification of the subject is necessary, explicit and specific authorization will be requested.

Your personal data may come to the attention of the persons authorized to process personal data appointed by Fondazione AlberItalia ETS in the exercise of their functions.
Your personal data may be communicated to any parties that provide Fondazione AlberItalia ETS with services or facilities that are instrumental to the purposes indicated above. Your personal data may also be communicated to suppliers/companies/public bodies of services necessary for the provision of the requested services.

Data processor for use of Google Forms

Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), a company incorporated and operating under the laws of Ireland (Registration Number: 368047), with its registered office at Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland is hereby appointed as EXTERNAL PROCESSING RESPONSIBLE with respect to the processing it performs (cloud-based data management for Google Forms and associated services), pursuant to Articles 4 and 28 of the European Regulation 679/2016 and the relevant data protection regulations.
As described in the Privacy Shield certification, Google complies with both the regulations regarding the EU-US Privacy Shield and regarding the Swiss-US Privacy Shield, as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce in relation to the collection, use, and retention of personal information applicable to European Union member countries and Switzerland, respectively.
Google is responsible for any personal information provided to third parties for external processing on its behalf under the Onward Transfer Principle, as described in the section on sharing user information.
